This one’s pretty easy until you get to the details so you need steady hands for this. Here’s what you have to do:

  • Start by drawing at the edge of the nails so it will be much easier to repair in case it leaves a smudge.
  • The nail polishes you should use are OPI Natural Nail base coat, Sally Hansen Insta-dri in Champagne Supernova, and Seche Vite topcoat.
  • The details are done using Apple Barrel brand acrylic paint.

4. Winter Snow

Winter snow designs are easy to do but for this one, let’s take it up a notch. All you need are some matte topcoat, a dotter tool for the snow design, and some loose glitter. But you can always experiment.

Here’s an example of the winter snow design painted in red. For this one, you can use China Glaze Red-Y and Willing and ORLY Halo nail polish.

As an alternative, you can try Sally Hansen’s Red Carpet and the Polarized from China Glaze nail polish plus add some Dollarama stickers to boot.

5. Santa and Friends

Santa Claus and reindeer-inspired designs have been a staple every holiday. To do this nail design, you can use red, white, and brown nail polishes just so you follow the theme.

To give you some product recommendations, you could opt to use the Smooth-E base coat, The Gel Nail Polish 33 wild white ways, and The Gel Nail Polish 108 Call me Kylie. You can also add some nail repairing oil with argan oil to make sure your cuticles will be healthy.

You could also use the Gel Effect Mat top coat to give it a glossy look.

If your kids love the “Frozen” movie, there’s a good chance they’ll ask you to do Olaf the snowman to their nails. Worry not! A snowman design is very easy to do.

You can use this design as your pattern. You could opt for the O.P.I. Nail Laquer in Alpine Snow as your main nail polish, and maybe add some O.P.I. orange nail polish, too for the snowman’s nose.

7. Christmas Gifts

Doing Christmas gifts nail designs is another creative way to celebrate the season! This look is best used with glossy and glittery polishes so it will highlight the subject more.

You could also use winter-y vibe colors for the background so that should either be blue and/or white polishes. The gift wrap color and design entirely depend on you. Here’s a pattern you could use.

8. Ice Flakes

This design is another favorite during the holiday season. All you need for this one is a Colorstreet Home Sleet Home as your base, Bundle Monster as your Stamp Polish, and the Bornpretty Plate BP-01 as your stamp plate.

Using blue and white colors will definitely make it a lot elegant and will fit the Christmas theme more. You could also use a dotter for some added snow effect and add some shiny gloss to finish it off.

10. Candy Cane
