Be classy and chic with the new OPI Nail Polish holiday collection dedicated to one of Audrey Hepburn’s greatest films!

OPI’s holiday collection always surprises me one way or another, but this time, I just love it! Being able to channel one of Hollywood’s classiest ladies makes me feel giddy and excited. I’m sure many of other women eyeing this collection also feel the same!

OPI Nail Polish Holiday Collection 2016

With “Breakfast At Tiffany’s” celebrating its 50^th anniversary, OPI Nail Polish paid tribute to the iconic film by naming their 2016 holiday collection after it.

When this collection was first announced, I tried to imagine how OPI would turn all the aspects of Audrey Hepburn‘s iconic character, Holly Golightly, to life through nail lacquer.

I went through the collection and picked out 10 of the shades that stood out to me. There are 18 shades in all, 12 from the normal OPI formula and 6 from the infinite shine line. Meanwhile, let me share 10 shades that I really loved in this collection!

1. Breakfast At Tiffany’s

Named after the legendary film itself, this shade is described as “matte pearl.” It may look like just a normal pearl white color but the specks of glitter make your nails shimmer beautifully under the light. I just love matte nail polishes so this one is a great addition to my collection. This also comes in gel form for those who would like this manicure to last longer.

2. I Believe In Manicures

Let’s start with the classic “Breakfast At Tiffany’s” color. While light blue doesn’t directly scream Christmas, this collection would not be complete without this iconic color. Besides, the formula and the shade is so rich that you’d love it well beyond the Holidays. I know I will! You can also get this in gel form.

3. Five-and-Ten

This shade seems to be a sheer coverage polish that looks pretty after three coats on your finger. At first glance, it looks more pearl white than Breakfast At Tiffany’s. However, once you’ve got that full coverage in, it registers more as silver. And I love it!

4. Sunrise…Bedtime!

I’m not a fan of sheer glitters much but this gorgeous polish is near perfection. Its multi-colored glitters give it a holo feel which makes me all giddy! I’m pairing it with some of the gorgeous shades in this collection!

5. Apartment For Two

Don’t you love gorgeous pink manicures? I think I have a lipstick the exact same pink as this Holiday collection gem. Plus you only need two coats for full coverage!

6. Black Dress Not Optional

When it comes to “Breakfast At Tiffany’s,” Audrey Hepburn’s black dress during that iconic scene has become a classic piece of dress that every classy woman should have. This black polish reflects that same dress. It’s also a perfect base for several nail art ideas.

7. Rich & Brazilian

A rich burgundy shade might not scream holiday season (more like Halloween or Thanksgiving) but it certainly looks gorgeous on my hands nonetheless. You can make it more festive by pairing it with a sheer glittery polish like Bedtime… Sunrise!

8. Meet My “Decorator”

This fiery red is perfect for single women during the holidays. Painting the town red would be so much more enjoyable with the right shade of red pointers this Christmas. Who knows, you might just meet the one this time. This shade also comes in gel polish form.

9. Fire Escape Rendezvous

Now this shade is the perfect one for Christmas in this collection! It’s red with little silver shimmer looks like the tinsel on my Christmas tree. It also reminds me of those cute ribbons around huge presents I couldn’t wait to tear open when I was a kid.

10. Champagne For Breakfast

It’s never too early for a glass of bubbly. This silvery shimmer would be perfect on its own or as a top layer for a darker shade. It dries matte but if you want to make it shiny again, just add a different top coat to get the glossiness back.
