[Tutorial] Floral Polka Dots Acrylic Nails

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Madam Glam – So Nude
- Revlon Coastal Surf
- blue nail polish (darker)
- black acrylic paint
- green acrylic paint
- dotting tool
- thin nail art brush or toothpick
- Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat
- Madam Glam Blue Turquoise Nail Polish
- Essie – Matte top coat
Instructions:
Step 1. Nude Base Color
If you have been painting your nails for some time, you know the basic step- apply base coat to protect your nails from damage. Once base coat is done, it’s time to paint all of your nails with a nude nail polish.
Step 2. Black Polka Dots
Create the polka dot pattern using a dotting tool and black acrylic paint.
Step 3. Blue Flowers
For the roses, you need a light blue nail polish and a thin nail art brush. Start by drawing a circle, then add details to the roses by simple doing swiping strokes on the inner part. Alternate the strokes on each rose so all the roses won’t look the same. Take note that you can place the roses anywhere on your nails.
Tip: You can also use a toothpick to create the details if you don’t have a brush.
Step 4. Small Green Leaves
Complete the floral design by adding small leaves around the roses using a green acrylic paint.
Step 5. Top Coat Application
Apply a fast drying top coat to smooth out everything. Once the top coat is dry, apply a layer of matte top coat for a matte finish.
