Create An Awesome Ombre Nail Art You’ll Definitely Love Having!
I once thought that doing an Ombre nail art can be pretty ambitious. It’s because you need to be skillful to be able to pull off this design. But I realized that you don’t have to be super skilled to be able to perfect a nail design like Ombre.
In case you didn’t know, Ombre nail art has been one of the most popular trends featured in the spring/summer collection. So, without further ado, let’s get moving to this Ombre nail art tutorial from HannahRoxNails.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- essie – First Base
- essie – Gel Setter Top Coat
- essie – Mint Candy Apple
- essie – Go Overboard
- essie – Garden Variety
- essie – In The Cab-ana
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Base Coat
Apply a base coat to your nails.
Step 2: Base Color
For your base color, Apply Mint Candy Apple nail polish to your nails.
Step 3: Diamond
With your striping brush and Essie Go Overboard, outline a diamond shape on your nail and fill in the outer parts.
Step 4: Lighter Shade
Using the Garden Variety, do the same thing (outlining a diamond shape) but working on the inner portion.
Step 5: Last Layer
To complete the Ombre effect, use In The Cab-ana nail polish for the last layer of diamond shape.
Step 6: Top Coat
Apply top coat to seal in your design.
